Obviously, it's been a few years without tutorials. Carl and I have simply been far too busy to even think about it. In the time since the ICAI tutorial, we've both moved, I went back to school to grab a degree, and I'm getting ready to move again and I've since been through 4 engines in my 7. One of these days perhaps we'll do more, but don't hold your breath ;)
